To entice customers to finalise contracts for a new home build, Metricon’s Icon Collection campaign featured premium brands that Metricon are proud to partner with. If a customer took the package as a part of their contract, they would be able to ‘shop’ for $50k worth of home appliances and finishes from iconic brands, at no cost.
To enable the campaign, we initially had to ‘wow’ the partners involved, and then showcase the brands to customers in a suite of marketing and point of sale materials. It was essential that the visuals emulated a nuance of luxury and exceptional quality.
A brochure of feature products from partner brands was curated. Custom oak disks and point of sale stands were designed an manufactured to identify partner brands in the design showroom. A gala evening was thrown to celebrate the brands. Metricon display homes featured signage, banners, flyers and the brochure with information about the offer. Digital advertising ran, and several billboard were allocated for the duration of the campaign.
The success of the Icon Collection campaign in Queensland has seen campaigns with the same format run in consecutive years since.
